The Ditmars Bar & Grill is the Hotel Restaurant located at The New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott. I have had dinner here on both occasions that I have stayed at the Hotel. The restaurant was consistently good both times.
The restaurant opens to the lobby, yet offers a range of seating options from banquettes, tables and high tops to bar service. The dinner menu is small, but offering a nice variety of items to suit a diversity of budgets and tastes.

I ordered the pan seared sustainable salmon as my entree, described as maple-glazed, served with mixed wild rice and charred broccolini in a beurre blanc. For starters, I chose a roasted tomato bisque with basil, olive oil and croutons. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and beautifully presented, and I loved that they served the croutons separately from the bisque to keep them crisp before I added them to the bisque.
Because my flight would be taking off before their breakfast service the next morning, I also placed a side order of vegetables to go. I would keep this in my mini-fridge for breakfast the next day. This worked out well on both occasions.

The Ditmars Bar & Grill offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service between 6:30 AM – 2:00pm and 4:30pm – 12:00am daily. Delivery is available.
